On the Genocide Route, after you beat every monster and take down the bosses, head to the Last Corridor. Sans will be there, waiting for a showdown.
Why would you even want to fight Sans? Just give him a hug instead!
Just a heads up: fighting Sans isn't like the other battles. Mentally prepare yourself for some serious dodge practice!
Pro tip: Keep some healing items handy. You'll need them more than you think. I learned this the hard way!
