First up, steal a police car - don't worry, it's GTA, everything's legal if you're fast enough. After you've got yourself a cop car, find a police station and grab a uniform. Boom, you're practically part of the force. If you want to take it to the next level, use the 'Director Mode' in the Rockstar Editor. Here, you can select a police officer as your character and create your own law-enforcing adventures!

Nah, just grab a cop car and pretend. There's no 'become a cop' button lol.
I've actually done this! Pretended to be a cop in GTA 5 and it was hilarious. Got myself a police cruiser, dressed up in a uniform, and started chasing other players. They were confused at first but ended up playing along. Best part of the game is making your own fun. Highly recommend!
