It's pretty simple—smash a lot of home runs and your manager will eventually use you as a DH. Trust me, worked for me in RTTS!

To be a DH in MLB The Show 23, create your player in Road to The Show mode and pick a position for performance that matches a typical DH role, like First Baseman or Corner Outfield. Then, impress your manager with your hitting and you’ll get that sweet DH spot!
