How to Be a Ghoul in Fallout 4
Sorry to burst your bubble, but you can't become a ghoul in Fallout 4 through normal gameplay. The game doesn't offer an option to turn your character into a ghoul, unlike the various mutations you can experience. However, if you're on PC, there are mods that can help you achieve that ghoul look and even add some unique ghoul-like abilities! Well, the short and sad answer is: you can't. The game doesn't have an in-game mechanic that allows you to transform into a ghoul. Your character remains stubbornly human throughout the game, no matter how much radiation you soak up. However, getting creative with mods (if you're on PC) is the closest you'll get to living your ghoul fantasy.
Actually, I've played Fallout 4 through and through, and despite bathing in radiation like it's my job, not once did I get the option to turn into a ghoul. It would've been a cool feature though! Imagine roaming the wasteland, mingling with other ghouls, and maybe even avoiding a few fights because you blend right in. A missed opportunity, if you ask me.
