Map knowledge is key. Knowing where the health packs are and the best flanking routes will make sneaking behind enemy lines much easier.
To be a good Spy in TF2, always stay cloaked and disguise yourself. Use your knife for backstabs, but don't be afraid to use your revolver in a pinch!
