Honestly, just keep taking singing lessons and then audition like your virtual life depends on it.
From experience, start with lots of singing lessons in your teen years and then aim for the 'Voice Audition' option in the special careers menu. It worked for my BitLife character who now has platinum records!
To become a solo artist in BitLife, start by taking singing lessons as early as possible, practice consistently, and then go for voice auditions. Keep honing your skills and you'll eventually get signed!
