Getting to be an admin on Roblox isn't something you can just sign up for. You'd need to actually work for Roblox Corporation. Keep an eye on their official job listings for openings!
Frankly, you can't just become an admin on Roblox. You have to be directly employed by Roblox Corporation.
From personal experience, I can tell you that becoming an admin isn't a casual thing. I applied directly through Roblox's official careers page and got hired!
