Honestly, just pick a main and stick with it. Learning one Legend deeply is better than being average with many. Also, always keep moving. Standing still is a surefire way to get picked off by a sniper.
Aim training. There are tons of aim trainers out there that can improve your accuracy. Spend a few minutes every day on one, and you'll see a huge difference.
Hot takes but... sometimes you gotta know when to run away from a fight. Not every battle is worth taking.
I used to be terrible but got way better after I started watching streamers play. You pick up on strategies and movements you wouldn鈥檛 think of on your own. Plus, it's entertaining!
