How to be immune to lava in Terraria
Just use the Obsidian Skin Potion, duh. It's like the game literally gives it to you to swim in lava. Don't make it more complicated.

Wanna swim in lava without turning into a Terraria toast? Easy! Just grab an Obsidian Skin Potion. It makes you totally immune to lava for 4 minutes. You can craft it using Water, Fireblossom, Waterleaf, and Obsidian, or sometimes find it in pots and chests underground. Or, if you're feeling fancy, get the Lava Charm or Lava Waders that give you lava immunity for a bit too. Happy lava diving!
Lava Waders are the way to go if you hate constantly chugging potions. Walk on lava, not just swim. Plus, fashion points for those shiny boots!
