First, max out your character's looks and start taking voice lessons as soon as possible. Then, head over to the Special Careers tab and look for the Musician career path!
I managed to become a famous singer by starting voice lessons as a child. By adulthood, I had released several albums and singles and made it big!
Get your voice lessons in early, then release albums and singles. Keep at it; fame takes time!
Just practice, practice, practice! Keep taking Voice Lessons and join a band through Activities > Special Careers > Musician.
