Just go to the Avatar settings in Roblox and select a tall package like the 'Skateboarder' or 'Super Tall' one. Easy peasy!
Do you really need to be tall? It's MeepCity, not a basketball court! But yeah, just use a tall avatar package on Roblox if you must.
I switched to the 'City Life Woman' package in the Roblox Avatar editor and towered over everyone. Worked like a charm!
