Honestly, just bring a heavy-hitting weapon like the Tigris Prime and aim for those glowing weak points. They'll go down quickly enough!
Use a Warframe with a stun or slow ability! Mag's Polarize or Excalibur's Radial Blind can work wonders on a Bursa. Then, aim for the glowing spots.
From my experience, hacking a Bursa can turn the tide! Get close and initiate the hack while your squad covers you. It makes them much more manageable.
