This approach will help you to unlock the needed items faster and heal the land more effectively. Also, make sure to release the dragons to harvest quicker and clear the fog to explore new areas. Patience is key!
Had a tough time with this one until I realized: you gotta merge those life flowers ASAP to spawn more life orbs. Use them to heal the land quicker. And don't waste moves on unnecessary merges. Oh, and save those high-level merges for when you really need them.
