Use Liu Kang's flying kick and bicycle kick on repeat! The CPU isn't great at blocking those.

Just block and counterattack. The CPU loves aggressive moves. Be defensive and strike when they mess up.

I beat the CPU by spamming Sub-Zero's freeze move, followed by an uppercut. Works like a charm!
