Equinox Spectre can be a pain. I had great success with Nova. Her Molecular Prime slows the Spectre down, making it easier to land hits and avoid Maim. Just keep an eye on your health!
Honestly, Rhino with his Iron Skin can tank through most of Equinox Spectre's abilities. Just activate it before you engage and smash away!
Use anything that can kill fast. High DPS weapons like the Soma Prime or Zarr should do the trick. Don't give her time to use her abilities, simple as that.
