Focus on making as many power-ups as possible early on, especially bombs and dynamite. Combine these with rainbow blasts to clear large sections of the board quickly.
I've beaten that level by focusing on the goals and not wasting moves. Prioritize those objectives over random matches!
Try to clear the boxes in the corners first since they usually get in the way. Making matches around them will help open up the board.
Save your coins to buy extra moves if you get really close to completing the level but run out. It can be a game-changer.
