I found that starting from the bottom of the board helps a lot. It creates cascades that can clear more tiles. Don't forget to combine power-ups for maximum effect!
Honestly, sometimes you just need a bit of luck. Keep trying and focus on making larger matches to get those power-ups.
From my experience, clearing the chain tiles first gives you more room to make combos. It may take a few tries, but persistence is key!
