Just blast through with as many power-ups as you can! I practically spammed rockets and bombs till I got it. Worked for me after a few tries.
Honestly, just luck. And maybe a booster or two if you're desperate.
Tried all the strats, but what finally did it for me was focusing on creating as many Rainbow Balls as possible. They help clear out a ton of tiles at once. Good luck!
