Just bring a Warframe with good crowd control like Vauban or Khora; trust me, it'll make the test a breeze. Got through it on my first try with them.

For the MR 19 test, take a tanky Warframe like Rhino or Inaros with high survivability and crowd control abilities. Keep calm and prioritize taking out the smaller enemies first before focusing on the large ones.
