Zone him out with Jax's projectile attacks. Reptile's fast but you can slow him down with Ground Pounds and missiles.
I found that using Jax's heavy punches and keeping close to Reptile worked best since his acid spit can be annoying at range. Just keep the pressure on!
Honestly, just git gud. Seriously though, practice makes perfect! Study Reptile's moves and counter them.
