How to Beat Ropalolyst in Warframe
Equip a Warframe with good mobility and crowd control—Valkyr or Nova work wonders. In Phase 1, shoot the Ropalolyst's weak spots (its shoulders) until it's stunned. Then ride it to one of the three towers and zap it with the laser. Repeat this for all towers. For the final phase, avoid energy blasts and focus on whatever glowy bits it exposes!

Bring a Warframe like Rhino for the tankiness and use a high-damage weapon. Aim for the Ropalolyst's glowing shoulders, stun it, then ride it to the towers—remember to avoid falling off the edge. It's a piece of cake once you get the rhythm.
I used Saryn with a high-status weapon. Worked like a charm, just keep moving and don't get zapped!
