I found it super helpful to practice a few runs just focusing on hitting every speed boost. Once you get the hang of those, you'll zoom past those pesky Rynochs in no time. Good luck!
To beat the Rynoch Race in Spyro, make sure to hit all the boosts and collect the item power-ups scattered around the track! Try to cut corners as much as possible and breathe fire at the Rynochs who are in front of you!
From my experience, the key is practicing each lap to find the optimal path. Keep trying different routes to find the speediest way through the course.
