Use Raiden's Lightning Strike to keep distance and chip away at Shokan's health. If he gets too close, hit him with the Electric Fly.
From my experience, Raiden's flying tackle is your best friend. Use it right after Shokan's big attacks to catch him off guard!
Spam Raiden's teleport move to confuse Shokan and then punish him with combos. Shokan's big, but he's still got to catch you!
