Beating the Solar Pillar in Terraria is all about staying grounded. Avoid jumping too much because those solar crawltipedes target airborne players. Focus on taking them out from the ground with a strong ranged weapon. Also, keep your eyes peeled for the Selenian enemies that can reflect projectiles when they spin. Use a weapon that can bypass their defense or switch to a melee approach during their spin. And remember, clearing the smaller enemies around the Solar Pillar weakens its shield, allowing you to damage it directly.

Honestly, everyone says stay on the ground, but I just built a small bunker and poked them to death from there. Worked like a charm!

Just stay on the ground, trust me. Those crawltipedes are brutal if you jump around. Use a good gun and aim carefully.
