Use a weapon that can bypass their defense or switch to a melee approach during their spin. And remember, clearing the smaller enemies around the Solar Pillar weakens its shield, allowing you to damage it directly.

Just stay on the ground, trust me. Those crawltipedes are brutal if you jump around. Use a good gun and aim carefully.
