Use a map or guide if you keep getting lost. No shame in a little outside help!
Fly as low and tight as you can. The closer you are to the ground, the quicker you can maneuver through obstacles.
Do the speedways in a specific order. Usually, rings, arches, planes, then chests works out best for me.
Just gotta practice, bro. Keep grinding those levels and you'll get there with some persistence.
