To beat a Talus in Tears of the Kingdom, you gotta climb on its back and whack the ore deposit. Easier said than done, right? Use Stasis to freeze it, or arrows to distract it, then make your move. Remember to stock up on weapons that won't break easily during the fight!

Just throw bombs at it till it falls apart. No need to overthink it.

Climbing on its back always does the trick for me. Hitting the ore with your strongest weapon while it's trying to shake you off feels epic. Just bring a lot of healing items, 'cause falling off hurts.

Honestly, I avoid fighting them. There's usually a way around if you're clever. Not everything in Hyrule needs a beating to get past.

If you're a Legend of Zelda player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
