From personal experience, I'd say use Frost's Snow Globe to protect the squad while chipping away at the spider's health. Add in strong weapons like the Tigris Prime and you'll be golden.

Nova's Molecular Prime is super useful for slowing down enemies and increasing damage output. Pair that with a solid DPS frame like Mesa or Saryn, and you'll have that spider on its back in no time!
Honestly, just use Rhino's Stomp for crowd control and a high-damage weapon. Easy win.
Avoid running solo. A coordinated team with diverse Warframes like Trinity for healing, Rhino for crowd control, and Mesa for damage works best.
