Honestly, just wait for the eyes to show, jump on 'em, rinse and repeat. Not as hard as it seems!
As someone who spent way too much time in Mario 64, here's the trick: dodge the hands' attacks, then target the eyes when they open. Timing is everything!
Ah, Eyerok! You need to aim for the eyes on the palms of the hands. Wait for them to open up, then punch or jump attack them. Rinse and repeat until they're kaput!
