Just go in guns blazing! Okay, not really. But make sure you have high-level gear and keep an eye on their movements — they can heal themselves too.
Hunters are tricky, but I found using EMP grenades to disable their skills and targeting their weak points really helps. Also, having a mix of long-range and close-combat weapons gives you flexibility.
Git gud, no seriously, you need good gear and tactics. Prioritize taking out any drones or turrets they deploy first, and use cover effectively.
