Just build lol. No, but seriously, use those settlement turrets if you're near one of your bases. Lead the queen into the range of your turrets and watch the fireworks. It's a bit of a cheese strat but hey, it works.
Snipe from afar and keep your distance. Takes longer but hey, slow and steady wins the race.
Jet. Lots of Jet. And Psycho. Basically, turn your character into a wasteland version of a track star with anger issues. Pop those chems, blast her in the face while you're moving faster than she can spit. Worked for me, might make you feel a bit dirty, but a win's a win.
