For Void, you need maxed-out Lemonade Cats and high DPS towers like Chef and Scientist. Also, use support towers to keep the buffs up and heal when necessary.
Simple: upgrade your towers to the max and watch Void fall. Keep a good mix of offense and defense towers.
Use a combo of Scientist, Slime King, and Cart Kid to rack up damage and money. Void won't stand a chance if you manage it right!
Spam Wizards and Scientists all day! Upgrading them will give you the damage output you need to take down the Void. Trust me, it works!
