To beat Wall of Flesh in Terraria, make sure you've got a long horizontal platform in the Underworld to run on during the fight. Stock up on potions like Ironskin, Regeneration, and any ranged weapons or magic with good DPS. The Beenade weapon works wonders for its AoE damage. And keep moving to avoid getting trapped by the boss or its minions.

Honestly, just spam Beenades. Seriously, stack up on Beenades, throw them like there's no tomorrow, and watch the Wall of Flesh melt away. Worked for me and it's the easiest strategy I've found.

Prep is key for the Wall of Flesh. Build a really long platform across the Underworld so you can move easily during the fight. Use weapons like the Minishark or magic spells that hit hard. And don't forget to bring lots of healing potions. Dodge its laser attack by running and jumping, and focus on taking out the Hungries quick.
