Use psi abilities to control the battlefield! Dominate a weaker enemy to fight for you and use Stasis to neutralize the boss temporarily.
Honestly, just save scum! Save before every major move and reload if things don鈥檛 go your way. It's not cheating, it's 'strategizing'.
From personal experience, make sure you're always on elevation and in cover. Use your Grenadiers to shred armor and your Rangers to finish off enemies with critical hits.
