Getting to a 3-star rating in Animal Crossing isn't too tough! Focus on planting lots of flowers and trees, add some fences, and scatter furniture outdoors. Villagers love a decorated island, so the more variety, the better. Don't forget to keep your island clean by picking up weeds and any items lying around. 3 stars? Just spam furniture outdoors. Worked for me lol
Just plant a ton of flowers. Seriously, go wild with them. And make sure you've got a good mix of trees (fruit and non-fruit ones). Throw in some decorations and a couple of bridges or inclines for good measure. EZ game.
