Just keep committing crimes until you get the option to be a hitman. Easy peasy.
To become a hitman in BitLife, you need to choose a life of crime. Start by committing smaller crimes like burglary, and eventually, you'll be able to perform contract killings.
In my playthrough, I started with petty thefts and worked my way up. Once I joined a mafia, I started getting hitman contracts.
