Becoming an MTG judge is all about passion and dedication! First, dive deep into the game's rules and formats. The Judge Academy is your go-to resource; it offers modules and exams to certify judges at different levels. Attend local tournaments, introduce yourself to the community, and get involved. It's a mix of studying and hands-on experience. Networking with other judges and players helps a lot too!

Just study the rulebook cover to cover, lol. Honestly, though, joining the Judge Academy and passing their tests is the best way. Gotta love the game!

Honestly, just play a lot. Knowing the game inside out helps more than anything. Then, hit up the Judge Academy.

I became an MTG judge by first volunteering at local events. Showing that you're eager and knowledgeable goes a long way. Plus, the Judge Academy courses and exams really prep you for everything you need to know.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
