Honestly, it's tough. Wizards of the Coast has strict requirements for distributors. Unless you've got a solid business plan and the infrastructure to support sales and marketing of MTG products, it's a steep hill to climb.
Just buy lots of MTG cards and sell them from your garage. Easy peasy. (Please don't actually do this, it's a joke. Follow the legit steps like registering your business and applying through Wizards of the Coast.)
