I've done this! Focus on maxing out your Looks stat by going to the Gym and Salon regularly, and then start auditioning for every role you can find in the jobs tab. Break a leg!
Go to the 'Special Careers' section and look for the talent agent job. From there, work your way up by auditioning for acting gigs.
