Start by doing well in school and make sure you have high smarts. After high school, go to university and major in something like Engineering. Once you graduate, check the jobs section for Pilot Trainee positions. Apply and ace the interview!

Majored in something unrelated and still got in. Just kept applying to Pilot Trainee jobs until they accepted me. Perseverance is key!
