I've actually done this! Focus on building up your character's smarts and looks. Become a lawyer or get a degree in Political Science. Climb the political ladder by starting in local government and work your way up to Governor or Congress before running for President. It takes patience but it's worth it!

Start by studying hard and going to college. Major in Political Science or something similar, then get involved in politics early. Join a political party, and climb the ladder from junior positions to Governor or Congress. Once you're well-known, run for President!
Honestly, just max out your Smarts and Looks, join a political party early, and keep running for higher offices until you hit the presidency. Takes some time, but it's fun!
