To become really smart in BitLife, start with a high Smarts stat and read lots of books throughout your virtual life! Trust me, it's worth it.
Ignore everything else, just read books and study. Smarts will skyrocket fast.
In my experience, keep your character reading books and studying hard every year. I got my Smarts stat up to 100 with this strategy!
