First, you'll need to get to level 40 and then complete the quest called 'Saiyan Pride.' After that, you can visit Vegeta at Capsule Corp, and he'll train you to become a Super Saiyan. Just make sure you have some Senzu Beans handy 'cause training with Vegeta ain't no joke!
