It's easy, really. Beat her without killing her, then follow Papyrus' instructions to meet her for a hangout session at her place.
Just make sure to keep her cool (literally) during the fight by throwing water on her when she overheats. Then, visit her at her house in Waterfall.
Don't fight her to the death - make peace and then go hang out at her house for some serious fishy bonding.
