Honestly, just don鈥檛 use bleach. It can wreck the material. Stick to mild soap and water!
Did this myself last summer! Mixed bleach and water (1:3 ratio), scrubbed with an old toothbrush, rinsed, and they looked good as new.
Mix one part bleach with three parts water. Dip a soft brush or cloth into the solution and scrub your Crocs gently. Rinse thoroughly with cold water and let them air dry.
