I once had to do this. All you gotta do is go to the group, click 'Joined,' and then 'Leave Group.'
Just leave the group and move on with your life. Problem solved!
You can't really block a group, but you can leave it and then block any members that were causing issues.
Super easy! Go to the group, click the three dots (•••) on the group's page, and select 'Block Group.'
