How to Block a Group on Facebook
Just head to the group's page, click the three dots on the right, and select 'Unfollow group'. You'll still be a member but won't see their posts in your feed.

You can't directly block a group itself, but you can leave it or unfollow it to avoid its content. Easy peasy.
To stop a group's posts from clogging your feed, you can simply leave the group by visiting the group page, selecting 'Joined' (or 'Member'), and then clicking 'Leave Group'. Ain't nobody got time for that!
I left a group once because it was all cat videos, and I'm more of a dog person. Just leave the group through the group settings!
