How to Block a Group on WhatsApp
There's no way to block a group, but you can at least leave and mute it to stop the messages. Go to the group info, exit, and mute!

You can't block a group directly, but you can exit the group and then mute it! Just open the group chat, tap on the group name at the top, scroll down, and tap 'Exit Group.' After that, go back to the group chat, tap the three dots (or 'Menu' button), and select 'Mute Notifications.'
Blocking a group isn't an option. Just leave the group and mute it. Works for me every time.
Simple: Leave the group. Then mute it. Annoyance gone!
