To block a Roblox game, go to your account settings by clicking the gear icon, then navigate to Privacy and enable the Account Restrictions setting. This will limit access to certain games based on Roblox's age guidelines.
Honestly, you can't block individual games, but you can limit access to age-appropriate games by enabling Account Restrictions. That's the closest you can get.
From personal experience, I found that enabling Account Restrictions in your Roblox settings helps to filter out inappropriate or unwanted games. It's not perfect but it definitely helps.
