How to block ads on Facebook app
Unfortunately, there's no official way to completely block ads on the Facebook app. But you can adjust your ad preferences to see ads more tailored to your interests. Go to Settings > Ad Preferences and make some tweaks!

Install a third-party ad blocker on your device's browser. While this won't block ads within the Facebook app itself, it can help when you're browsing Facebook in a web browser.
Admittedly, blocking ads on the Facebook app isn't a thing. But at least you can make the ads slightly less annoying by reporting irrelevant ones!
Facebook doesn't allow completely blocking ads, but you can snooze or hide specific ads to reduce their frequency. Just tap the three dots on the ad and choose the option you prefer.
