I did this last week! Go to Settings > Preferences > News Feed Preferences, and prioritize who you want to see first. Then, unfollow anything and everything that's not in your friend list.
Here's the hot tip: use the “Unfollow” button on pages and people who aren't friends. Also, set your News Feed preferences to 'Friends Only' for posts.
Simple solution: Unfriend everyone who isn’t a friend. Problem solved!
